Painting is an adventure—a journey of discovery and exploration.
Each piece is a process through which I learn how texture, colour, and technique interact with the brushes, paints, and substrates I’m using. With every work, I explore the dynamic relationship between materials and my own evolving ability to render a successful image. This ongoing dialogue informs my practice, allowing each painting to grow from the lessons of the last.

Workshops/Demos
I started teaching workshops in 2018, and demonstrating in 2019.
At this point I am organizing my space to do Zoom and you tube workshops/demos.
Classes
I conducted Thursday evening classes from October –June each year, at The Edithvale Community Centre; a sub-group of the Willowdale Group of Artists.
When I became Convenor, I added monthly weekend workshops at The Herbert H Carnegie Centennial Centre.
Exhibitions
I regularly exhibit through group affiliations and solo exhibitions.
“Struttin’ his Stuff”, “Cows in the Meadow” and “Black & Orange” abstract, have been awarded Honourable Mentions at the Willowdale Group of Artist’s juried shows over the years.
